30-MIN EPOXY ADHESIVE is resistant to acid, alkali, and oil. Non-flammable, non-shrinking and waterproof. Makes metallic grey finish. Can be filed, grinded and drilled.

Storage & Warnings
Storage:
  • Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing places.
  • Store the adhesive at room temperature.
  • Keep away from any source of ignition.
Warnings:
  • The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
Directions
  • Clear the contaminants like water, dusts, oil of the substrate surface to keep it clean, dry and smooth.
  • Remove the cap from the tube and puncture the tubes.
  • Mix part A and part B at the ratio of 1:1. Mix thoroughly until a uniform color is achieved. It must be used within 20 minutes.
  • Apply a thin coat to both surfaces. Mixture will become warm while it sets. No clamping. Slight pressure is needed while material sets.
  • If temperature is below 5℃, it will take a longer time to cure.
